Untitled Protest

Ordinary dissatisfaction manifests itself in an ever-changing yet constantly recurring overboiling of public sentiment. The everyday man comforts themselves in the false promise of the influence of the masses over the grand narratives of oppressive mechanisms.

Protesting creates an overwhelming yet futile sense of community with the illusion of control, where the feeling of belonging is provided by the faceless crowd – in such a setting one’s identity can dissolve utterly and each individual becomes interchangeable.
